The only way of getting somewhere is to leave something behind.

We are constantly choosing every second of our life and even when we are doing nothing it’s a choice itself. (Dubiety: Of course I know that we might have many options, few options or no option at all. I don’t convince myself in mind opium way to believe there are always options for us. But generally speaking and not thinking strict: we are constantly choosing.)

Sort

Do it if it’s the biggest thing I can do.

Life is to contantly writed sorted lists and act based on them. We have a limited life and have to learn to say no to many things.

Priorities & Anti-Priorities

Length & Width

Lenght: for each task I should go through hierarchy of quality levels step by step without jumping ahead.
Width: as long as I haven’t accomplished tasks with higher priority I should not jump to the tasks with lower ones.

Choose

My choice is not what I’m thinking, saying or writing but what I’m actually doing right now.

If I don’t know what I want, I can’t judge myself for not achieving it.

Exchange

World is an ocean of options and possibilites and to choose one of them means to lose the others, so every choice has an exchange in its essence. This whole life is a big trading system, it’s to constantly exchange assests with each other and one who can’t stand to lose anything will gain nothing.

To earn more than everybody, you should be willing to lose and sacrifice more than everybody.

Probabilities

Every choice is gamble. but when its probability is a very high number we simply take it as an absolute 100

Source Dubiety

For every choice there is always dubiety about the source triggering all the thoughts:
Maybe it’s what I’m forced to do, maybe it’s what I want to do, maybe it’s what I choose to do, maybe it’s what beaten into my source code by my parents and society, Maybe it’s my fear or pride or ego or superego or id that’s choosing, maybe it’s all a big conspiracy theory …
But no matter which one is true, in the end I have to choose.

Buridan’s Ass

Not choosing is a choice itself and most of the time the worst one. buridan's ass 1 buridan's ass 2

Adagio

The perfect decision making duration is 8 minutes and 34 seconds. Everyday I wake up I listen to Adagio and decide whether to leave or to stay and fight one more day.
